By accessing and using the Shikshagraha LFA Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides tools for education-focused NGOs to create Logical Framework Approach (LFA) documents. Features include:

• 7-step guided wizard
• Template library
• Project management
• Analytics and reporting
• Export functionality

3. User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Account Security

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use the Platform for spam or unauthorized purposes
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a license to host, store, and display your content. You can export and delete your content at any time.

Our Content

The Platform's design, code, and features are owned by Shikshagraha. You may not copy or redistribute our proprietary content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
